Delivery, packaging and shipping costs
Please regard that the English and the German shop have separate shopping carts and checkout processes. Both shops offer the same items at identical prices.
Please, first choose your "country of delivery" within the shopping cart for actual shipping rates as well as available payment and shipping services for your chosen country of delivery (Pre-settings: Country of delivery - Germany; Payment service - PayPal).
Attention: If you checkout with PayPal-Express, our shop calculates the shipping costs the moment it receives your data from PayPal. If you did not choose your "country of delivery" within the shopping cart prior to checking out with PayPal-Express, the shipping service and costs might change.
From time to time you might notice our "KMB - Testshop" within the language selection box. We use it for live tests of extensions and improvements for our website. The "KMB - Testshop", if visible, will be in permanent maintenance mode for visitors.
Prices & VAT
The prices on the store pages are always shown including VAT.
If your selected a destination country to which we can ship VAT-free, you will see this automatically after selecting the corresponding country within the shopping cart in "Edit shopping cart" -> "shipping costs" -> "Country of delivery".
Within the shopping cart and during the checkout process, prices will then show and be processed free from VAT. Prices of the shop pages will remain gross.
Minimum item value for online orders: 5,00 €
Delivery
Delivery happens by the postal service that you have selected during your order process, to the Eurpoean Union and to several other countries worldwide. We ship by DHL Paket (Germany) + International Premium or by Deutsche Post (Warenpost International; up to 2 Kg total weight). Your shipment will be fully insured and traceable. Content/Customs declarations will be provided for for quickest possible customs processing, if required..
Shipment takes place as quick as possible, usually within 2 workdays, from the moment the payment for your order has been fully confirmed. Once the parcel has been handed over to the postal service, you will receive an e-mail including the tracking link for your parcel.
Usual door to door time ranges from 2 to 14 days for international shipments and 2 to 4 workdays within Germany, depending on the location of the receipient and the chosen postal service.
Packaging
All items are carefully checked for damages prior to packaging. We package savely and ship in solid paper boxes.
Shipping costs
Because of the different nature of the items we offer, and the requirements to have them savely shipped, the shipping costs will be calculated for each shopping cart separately according to the selected destination country and postal service. No registration is required. The shipment costs will show in the shopping cart ("Edit shopping cart >" -> "Shipping costs >") as soon as it contains an item value of at least the minimum order value for our online shop
